RE: Wisconsin Fall Rally October 9th - 11th 2009

OK, remind me again why I moved to the middle of nowhere up here? 1/2 an inch of SNOW tonight! (Shut up, Marty and Alex! :B ) We still have the slides out, as I haven't had a chance to get in there and finish up a few things! At least it will melt quickly, so maybe I can get in there and get out what I need to and get the slides closed for the winter. Stupid chickens didn't want to go through the snow into their coop, so Abby and I had to chase a bunch of them in! :M Stupid chickens! Julie, You know I ordered that don't you? I'm ready :) http://i109.photobucket.com/albums/n47/1hondaboy_2006/MWpostcard06.jpg

Please do not call SilverSprings. All site are set aside for our group. The girl took a reservation thinking it was outside the group and it would have messed up our group area. All the information will be posted 1/1/10 at midnight just as we stated at the fall rally.

RE: Dexter EZ Flex for triple axle.

I put the trail air equa-flex on my toy hauler this past winter, used it all season, love it. I also did the greasable shackle bolt kit. http://www.trailair.com/products/equaflex/

RE: A Victory for Yamaha & Common Sense

You can't fix stupid, when are parents going to learn, kids require supervision. Atv's, dirt bikes, UT's are not toys. Safety equipment is a must, but hey what do I know I'm only a ATV instructor and a Parent. Some of the people who come to my class scare the******out of me, they lack the commonsense that god gave an fly. Glad to see a Jury not handing out free checks for someone else's failure to play safe.

Well Todd & Amanda leave tomorrow afternoon for their exciting weekend. Amanda has planned a backpacking hike on the ice age trail, with one stop Friday night at Mauthe Lake. Should be interesting to hear how this went. Weather looks great, might even be a tad warm. Tell them to have a great time!

Don't rush Fall! Camping in the Dells this past weekend at Holiday Shores. Our site was a muddy mess & Todd had fun burying it in the mud. Had to use 4 wheel drive to get it backed up & parked out of the mud. Cool! :C Almost like watching Dave & Amy set up in the rain! :E :E:E:E:E

RE: Fuzion 405 pulled by DMAX 2500 430hp SRW & Airlift 5000 bags

I have put over 10k miles on our toy hauler with the 2500HD, but I like the 40K I have put on with the dually better. Both trucks tow fine, but the trailer is heavy and the extra set of tires is a big plus. Your truck will tow just fine, but I would plan on a up grade as funds permit.

Thank-You everyone for the birthday wishes. Celebrated at silver springs for the weekend. Kids came up at night for dinner and birthday cake. What a better way to celebrate your birthday then camping and relaxing. Abby hope you had a good birthday also. Wendy

RE: Warranty for Keystone Raptor is a joke

Sad to say, but the poster who stated"warranty work pays little and the original sale had some warranty money built in" is spot on. Several companies I sell and thus do warranty work for pay, now get this, $45.00 per hour flat rate off a chart, so if a brand new item off the lot took 10 minutes to take apart and 10 minutes to replace that's the flat rate. Nothing for bent, rusted, broken etc time to repair, so what if it took you an hour you get paid 20 minutes. Another pays $50 per hour for reasonable time, but you have to return the parts at your cost to get credit, with the average shipping cost $15 the bites to. There is no incentive for a dealer to repair your trailer if you did not purchase it from them, they will take people that bought from them first, then you.

3-5 "pumps" is my rule... don't need to ooze it all over the place :)
